Meet the Principal

Dear Families and Community Members,

It is with incredible excitement and a deep sense of pride that I welcome you to Eiber Elementary! As your proud Principal, I am honored to lead such a vibrant community where students are at the heart of everything we do.

My Professional Journey

Education is more than a career for me; it has been my passion for the past 18 years. My journey has allowed me to see the magic of learning from many different angles, and I bring those diverse perspectives into my leadership every day. My previous roles include:

• Dual Language Teacher: Cultivating bilingualism and cultural appreciation.
• Instructional Coach: Supporting teachers in honing their craft to better serve students.
• Assistant Principal & Principal: Leading with a vision of excellence and equity for all.

Rooted in Colorado

 I am a proud Colorado native, and my roots in this beautiful state run deep. For the past three years, I have called Lakewood home, and I am thrilled to be serving the school community right here in my own neighborhood.

On a personal note, I am a mother to my energetic 4-year-old, Rowan, who keeps me on my toes and constantly reminds me of the curiosity and wonder that every child brings to the classroom. When I'm not at Eiber, you’ll likely find me:

• Exploring the Colorado mountains.
• Heading out on camping trips.
• Enjoying walks or spending quality time with my family and friends.
